Refund and Returns Policy

At ResirWrecked Costumes, each piece is crafted or curated with character, performance, and customization in mind. Because of the nature of our product line, all sales are considered final unless there is a defect or fulfillment error.


🩸 Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Size issues (please check our sizing chart carefully)

  • Change of mind

  • Wear from performances, makeup, or distressing

  • Custom dyeing, distressing, or alterations performed after receipt


🕯️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To request a refund or replacement:

  • Email ResirWrecked @yahoo.com

  • Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the item(s) in question

  • Do not ship items back without prior authorization

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days after processing.


☠️ Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has shipped, tracking will be provided. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. If your package is lost in transit, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help you file a claim with the carrier.


💀 Final Sale Items

The following items are always final sale:

  • Custom costumes

  • Heavily discounted or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Any item worn or altered after delivery
